Looking for kid’s train tickets? With Thameslink’s child train fares, younger passengers can get great discounts! Child’s train tickets start at just £2 when travelling off-peak with an adult, or 50% off the standard adult fare if not. There’s even great railcard options for children over 16.

Children under 5 years of age travel for free*
Children aged 5 to 15
- Children aged 5 to 15 get a 50% discount on most tickets. You can also get further child rate discounts with a Family & Friends or Network Railcard
