Digital Railcards

You can buy your Digital Railcard from the Thameslink website or app.

Download the Thameslink app to store your Digital Railcard, so your tickets and Railcards will be stored in the same place.

The first time you buy it, remember to Favourite it in the Thameslink app so we can automatically apply your Railcard discount every time you buy tickets with us.

We will send you an email or app message before your railcard is due to expire.

You can renew your Digital Railcard through the Thameslink website or app, within 30 days of the expiry date.

Simply login to your account, select the type of railcard you want to renew, then follow the easy steps.

Once your payment has been confirmed, your renewed Digital Railcard will be available to use straight away.

You can add a Railcard to keyGo by logging into your online account and going to the keyGo section.

If you purchased a Digital Railcard with us, you’ll see a prompt in the keyGo section of your online account to add it automatically.

If you have a physical Railcard or a Digital Railcard purchased elsewhere, enter your name, Railcard type, Railcard number and expiry date, then upload an image of your Railcard. Once submitted, your details will be sent for approval and you’ll receive confirmation when the Railcard has been applied to your account.

• 26-30 Railcard - For anyone aged 26 to 30
• Senior Railcard - For anyone aged 60 or over

• Network Railcard - For travel in the South East of England
• Disabled Persons Railcard - For anyone who has a disability that makes travelling by train difficult
• 16-17 Saver - For anyone aged 16 or 17
• Veterans Railcard - For veterans of the UK Armed Forces
