Make sure you are charged the correct fare
If you are currently using KeyGo and you want to take advantage of a Flexi Season ticket, you will need to get a second Key smartcard. This will give you the choice to use KeyGo or a Flexi Season ticket pass for your journey and ensure you are charged the correct fare.
Set up another email address, which is different to the one registered to your current Smartcard
Register for the second Key Smartcard as usual - online, at a ticket office or from a Smartcard issuing kiosk
Buy a Flexi Season Ticket and load it onto your second Smartcard*, then activate by tapping in at the gate or on the app
Need to know how keep track of which Smartcard is which? Add the word "Flexi" to your name when you sign up for your second Smartcard, for example "Jane Smith Flexi". And why not put a sticker on your card, to make sure you keep track which one is your Smartcard with Flexi.
*This is done automatically if you buy it at a Ticket Office.
