One Destination Dash prize bundle to be won (the “Promotion”) *

Terms of Participation in the Promotion (the “Terms”)

1. Eligibility

• To be eligible you must:
  • Be over 18 years old; and
  • have a UK postal address.
• Employees of the Promotor and any partner organisation contributing to the Prize, their families, dependants and agents and any other person connected with are not eligible to Participate in the Promotion.

2. Participation

• To participate in the Promotion, you:
  • must, before 3pm on Thursday 19^th March 2026,either:
    • follow @tlrailuk, comment #TeamThameslink, and tag a friend’s handle on the video posted on the Thameslink Instagram account on Tuesday 17^th March 2026 at 3pm; or
    • follow @gnrailuk,comment #TeamGreatNorthern, and tag a friend’s handle on the video posted on the Great Northern Instagram account on Tuesday 17^th March 2026 at 3pm; or
    • follow @southernrailuk, comment #TeamSouthern, and tag a friend’s handle on the video posted on the Southern Instagram account on Tuesday 17^h March 2026 at 3pm.
  • to be able to receive direct messages from the abovementioned accounts; and
  • agree to be bound by these Terms , the terms of Instagram,, and, if you are successful, the National Rail Conditions of Travel in respect of the train travel provided. You also agree to be bound by the terms of the provider of the Prizes, and those terms are set out in Annex A to these Terms.

3. Promotion and Winner Selection

• If you satisfy the Eligibility Criteria set out in 1, and participate as set out in 2, then you must enter between 3pm Tuesday 17^th March 2026 and 3pm Thursday 19^th March 2026.

4. Winner and Selection

• One winner will be selected. The first entry selected by the Promotor at random by an automated generator, as part of the Prize draw will be the winner and win the prize.
• The winner will be contacted via Instagram direct message by no later than 3pm Thursday 19^th March 2026. If a winner does not respond within 24 hours, or any other period specified in our contact notice, of the notification being sent or is otherwise not available, the Prize will be forfeited by them, and the Promotor may select an alternative entrant to receive the Prize.

5. The Prize

• The winner will receive “the “Prize”.
• The Prize is:
  • Four day or weekend returns on any service operated by Govia Thameslink Railway for up to 4 people to London, Hertford North and Cambridge – one return per person per destination, to be used travelling together, and not exceeding three day returns or three weekend returns in total. These tickets must be ordered on or before 19^th June 2026;
  • A free The Crystal Maze LIVE Experience game for up to four people. This experience must be booked on or before 19^th June 2026.
  • A Love Hertford luxury hamper worth around £100, to be sent via post or courier to UK postal address. The Hamper must be claimed by no later than 19^th June 2026.
  • A Visit Cambridge Gift Card worth £100, to be sent to be sent via post or courier to UK postal address. The Gift Card must be claimed by no later than 19^th June 2026
  • A one month Stagecoach East Cambridgeshire Plus Megarider worth £140, to be redeemed by no later than 19^th June 2026 via discount code online at stagecoachbus.com.

The time limits for availing yourself of each element of the Prize are as set out above.

Terms and Conditions

6. Only one entry per person.  No purchase necessary.

7. The Prize is not transferable and, unless offered by the Promotor, there will be no substitutions, or cash alternatives of, for the Prize.

8. The Prize, and use of its constituent elements, is subject to availability.

9. No expenses incurred in connection with entry to or participation in this Promotion will be paid.

10. The winning selection of the Promotor is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

11. The Promotor shall be entitled to right to refuse to accept any entry. 

12. All entries are subject to verification.  Incomplete, bulk, automated and third party entries (including “voting exchange”) will be disqualified.

13. The Promotor may refuse to accept any entry where the Promoter considers (at its absolute discretion) such entry to be dangerous, vulgar, offensive, indecent, illegal racist, copied, offensive, cruel, or fraudulent, or infringe on the rights or copyright of others .

14. Failure to comply with these Terms will automatically render an entry void. 

15. The Promotor does not accept any liability for any entries which are late, lost, incomplete or rendered

16. The name and county/town of the winner will be available for one month after the prize draw closing date by sending a stamped addressed envelope to the Promotor. The Personal Data of the winner will also be used to ensure that you are the beneficiary of the Prize.

17. Further Personal Data may be used as described to you at the time of entry. This may include use for promotional purposes by the Promotor or its partner(s). If you consent to such use then consent can be withdrawn.

18. Except as outlined in 16 and 17 above all personal data will be held and used by The Promotor in accordance with its Privacy Policy 

19. Participants may print these Terms or send a self-addressed envelope to the abovementioned address requesting a copy and they will be sent to you.

20. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw this Promotion or amend these Terms at any time without notice.

21. In the event of any dispute regarding the Terms, the Promotion itself or any other matter relating to, or arising out of, these Terms or the Promotion, the Promoter’s decision shall be final. No written correspondence or verbal discussion will be entered into.

23. This Promotion and these Terms are governed by the Laws of England and Wales and the Promoter and Participants agree that the Courts of England and Wales, exclusively, shall settle disputes.
