Thameslink Pride train at London Bridge station

Welcome to train 700155, the Thameslink Trainbow

Celebrating five years of #ThameslinkTrainbow with our special takeover

This rainbow-themed train entered service on 18th July 2019 bearing a special livery designed by a member of our GTR LGBT+ employee network. It made its debut as part of celebrations for Brighton & Hove Pride weekend.

We believe our people bring out our best colours, so this train is designed to show the railway is for everyone, not just for Pride season, but all year around all across our network. You’ll usually spot the Thameslink Trainbow on our Bedford-Brighton/Three Bridges, Cambridge-Brighton and Peterborough-Horsham routes lighting up London and the Home Counties.

Five years since the Thameslink Trainbow started making tracks, we’re highlighting what Pride means to our colleagues and how you can celebrate with us. Send us your #ThameslinkTrainbow pictures and videos @tlrailuk on social media!
