Following on from the Passenger Benefit Fund which made improvements based on passenger's suggestions, we continue to make upgrades at stations.
The improvements made from the fund include everything from new seats, waiting shelters, automatic doors, and information screens to LED lighting, more cycle parking, landscaping and community artwork.
Here are just some examples of changes at our stations:

Refurbished heritage waiting rooms

More electric vehicle charging points
Accessible tactile maps
New cycle parking
Community artwork
Bee friendly gardens
LED lighting
We’re working to make our service as accessible as possible. Our colleagues at Network Rail own the stations and are making more stations step-free by installing lifts.
Lifts are being installed at Finsbury Park and Catford stations.
